The University of Derby, our Derbyshire Institute of Sport main hubsite, has just been ranked in the Top 30 in The Guardian University Guide 2019 which is a climb of 25 places. Derby is now ranked 29th after jumping from 54th place out of 121 institutions making it the sixth most improved university in the country and their highest ever ranking.
Welcoming the results from this months The Guardian University Guide 2019, Professor Kathryn Mitchell, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Derby, said: “To achieve our highest ever ranking is fantastic news for the University and formally recognises the outstanding commitment of staff and students."
