The Development squad has been designed to progress your child’s physical development in an age appropriate, safe and fun way.
The programme will build on the foundations of movement that your child already has and prepare them physically and mentally for the next step in their sporting journey, gradually immersing them into a high performance training environment. In addition to the physical side of sport, our expert practitioners have built a programme of nutrition and psychology education to allow the athletes to explore the huge range of life skills they can develop through their involvement in sport.

There will only be 6 spaces per group so book in early to confirm your place:
Group 1 Mondays 6:15 pm – 7.45pm
Group 2 Thursdays 6.30pm – 8pm
Strength & conditioning
A combination of individual exercises and group training to improve physical traits for your sport and build confidence in a performance gym.
Physiotherapy & Injury prevention
An individual whole body screening to understand your physiology and learn how to prevent injuries.
Performance Nutrition
Learn how to fuel and hydrate your body to perform at your very best in sport and through life.
Performance Psychology
Learn the techniques to help you handle any challenge you face in sport and life.
