Have you ever noticed that you seem to click with some people easier than others? When the pressure is on, have you ever noticed that some people respond in a similar way to you, but others react differently?
Perhaps you seem to connect best with colleagues who are particularly outgoing or enthusiastic. Maybe you tend to relate to those people who make decisions with their heart, taking into account personal situations, and who are able to see the bigger picture.
If you’d like a years worth of support from a performance psychologist then please register your interest today, using the contact form at the bottom of this page. Our next course starts in October 2020.
The starting point is to truly understand who you are. What is your preferred mindset and how do you behave in different situations? Once you know your preferred style, then you can learn how to maximize your strengths and learn how to adapt to be able to connect with others who have a different style to you. This understanding can then be applied to getting the best out of the teams you work with.
