In a ‘first’ for Derbyshire Institute of Sport, we are offering a 1-2-1 nutritional plan created just for you by Nicky Gilbert, a dietitian and registered sport and exercise nutritionist.
If you have put on a few pounds during lockdown, or if you are just feeling sluggish and out of sorts, Nicky can provide practical support without gimmicks or ‘fad’ diets.
Nicky said: “It’s been a stressful time for us all in recent weeks and it’s not surprising that comfort eating has been a feature of lockdown life for many people.
“But this isn’t just about weight management. If you need some guidance and motivation to feel well and energetic, improve your mood and concentration and gear up for restarting work or studying then some easy, simple changes to your eating habits could make a big difference.”
The 1-2-1 Nutritional Plan will give you:
- An initial assessment and development of goals over Zoom
- A personalised plan for you, created by Nicky and emailed to you to help you achieve your goals
- A 30-minute follow-up and review on Zoom.
Nicky has more than 30 years’ experience in nutritional planning. For many years she worked with the players at Nottingham Forest Football Club as well as supporting other national teams and Olympians. As well as working with DIS athletes, she also works with industry to support health and wellbeing in the workplace as an accredited BDA Work Ready Dietitian.
The usual price for this plan would be £200, but for a limited time, you can access it with a 20% discount for just £160.
